Partner & CEO Virginia Scheuer
Virginia is the C.E.O. and Artistic Director of the Soulpreneurs Association. She works directly with Soul Software clients with weekly video tutorials and Q&A. She oversees the daily works of our customer service team, our virtual assistants, works with the development companies to better our system and implement new functions within the platforms.
Prior to Soulpreneurs Association and Soul Software Virginia grew her coaching business online all through organic social marketing. Her success with teaching thousands of followers do the same led her to her quest to co-create the most easeful and streamlined software for soulpreneurs.
Virginia has an eclectic background. She has her MFA in Acting, she was a licensed massage therapist who ran a brick and mortar spa, and was a licensed educator for over a decade in Northwest Arkansas. She co-founded a Shakespeare company with her husband and David Jolliffe that performed free Shakespeare in the park to Northwest Arkansas every summer from 2012-2017. There she brought the company into its 501-c-3 non-profit status and maintained relationships with grant partnerships.
Virginia is proud to be a world traveler and to have lived in awesome places like London, Rome, Tuscany, LA and the Bay Area. Virginia was born and raised in Virginia, went to school in both Virginia and North Carolina for her bachelors and Arkansas for her Masters. She now happily lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and 2 fur-babies.
Virginia is honored to stand beside her partners and the whole team here at Soulpreneurs. Each day she intentionally embraces the art of allowing in hopes to embody the present moment with integrity, grit, curiosity, unconditional love, fun times, and unwavering focus while co-creating this legacy company.
Partner and COO Mysti Love
Mysti is our COO, Marketing Director and Diversity, Inclusion & Equality Coordinator. She is a master space holder and brings great wisdom to the Soulpreneurs Association. She has the ability to listen, be open to the knowledge as it comes forward and then align with great solutions and outcomes for Soul Software and our Association.
Mysti's expertise in holding space and her commitment to ethics alignment and diversification have made her an invaluable member of the Soulpreneurs Association. Her other works include but aren't limited to being the Founder and Executive Director of Divine Love Space.
Mysti works with passionate individuals to create community outreach and facilitate holistic alignment for the highest good of all. She believes in diversification and inclusion, creating sustainable systems of operation that build prosperous paradigm shifts for an abundant future where everyone is given ample opportunity to expand and express their unique gifts with absolute confidence.
She continues to use her skills to support the growth and well-being of individuals and communities, making a positive impact wherever she goes. Beyond all of this her most cherished work is that of being a mother to two extraordinary daughters and Nan to her precious granddaughters who constantly remind her of the true meaning of success and the power of Love.
Mysti's role as a mother has taught her the importance of patience, empathy, and unconditional love. Her experiences as a grandmother have deepened her understanding of the interdependence of all beings and the value of nurturing relationships. She brings this same level of care and attention to her work recognizing that true healing requires a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and communities.
Mysti strives to embody the principles of compassion, kindness, and inclusivity. She believes that by fostering a sense of interconnectedness and promoting wellbeing for all, we can create a more just and equitable world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Co-Founder Annah Kate Gillette
Annah Kate is our Director of Celebrations for Soulpreneurs Association. Her unique perspective and ability to align company goals with possibilities has helped to improve system efficiency and find new ways to execute tasks. Annah's ability to provide guidance during uncertain times has been especially valuable to the company, and she has become an essential part of the team.
Through her leadership and expertise, Annah has been able to create memorable events that have helped to showcase the company's mission and values. Her attention to detail and ability to bring people together have made her an exceptional events leader and host. Annah's passion for her work and dedication to the company have made her an invaluable asset to all aspects of the company.
Overall, Annah Kate's contributions to Soulpreneurs Association have been immeasurable, and her continued leadership and expertise will undoubtedly help the company to achieve even greater success in the future.
Co-Founder Justin Scheuer
Justin is our director of development. He brings his 15+ years of teaching and his passion for coding to our team in order for us to streamline and align with the best development companies and create our own in-house developments.
Justin is a full-time secondary licensed educator in the St Louis area. He teaches acting, technical theatre, creative writing, sci-fi literature and adaptive theatre for neurodiverse teens. While in Arkansas Justin was the Fine Arts Chair, the head of the theatre department and directed 25 shows at Bentonville High School. He co-founded the non-profit Shakespeare Company with Virginia and David Jolliffe in Northwest Arkansas. He served as the artistic director, acted and directed summer Shakespeare in the park until Virginia and him ventured back to his home-town St. Louis, Missouri.
Justin is also a writer. His original script, "Masha's Seagull": a one-woman show, written for his wife, Virginia, opened the 2015 season at the Berkshire Theatre Festival.
As a professional actor, some of Justin's favorite roles have been Victor Fleming in "Moonlight and Magnolias" and the one-man show, "Fully Committed" with Theatresquared and the Walton Arts Center; Cassius in "Julius Caesar," Benedick in "Much Ado About Nothing," and Bottom in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with The Classical Edge. He has his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and is certified in broadsword and rapier & dagger with the Society of American Fight Directors.
