1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp slippery elm powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 heaped tsp of manuka honey
1/2 cup of ice cubes
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp of pea protein
- Throw ingredients into the blender and mix well.
